How it works

  1. Set up shifts: Create shift templates or start from a clean slate. Shifts can be simple (start/end) or include nested jobs for intra-day planning.
  2. Allocate & balance: Assign shifts to staff and confirm allocation versus minimum contracted hours per team member.
  3. Publish: Share the schedule so each team member sees their plan on their dashboard.
  4. Track attendance: On shift day, employees clock in/out (optional GPS verification). Late arrivals or early departures are flagged.
  5. Approve timesheets: Approvers receive reports to verify timesheets, overtime, break rules, and premiums.
  6. Run payroll: Validated hours flow into payroll. Absences adjust pay automatically.
