About the webinar

From April 2027, UK employers face mandatory payrolling of Benefits in Kind (BiK) via Real Time Information (RTI), replacing P11D reporting. This shift will require most benefits (like health insurance, company cars, and mileage reimbursements) to be taxed in real-time, monthly - not once a year. Without automation, this shift could mean 12x the manual effort and burden for HR and Finance teams - and introduce risks for both employers and employees: fines, incorrect taxation, and unnecessary admin chaos. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Modern platforms can now unify HR, payroll, and benefits into one connected system - helping businesses simplify compliance, reduce friction, and improve employee experience. In this 45-minute session, Chris Priebe (CEO) and Polina Priebe (CPO) from Zelt walk through what’s changing, what to watch out for, and how to prepare.
