Their HR team had to manage salaries in multiple currencies, stay compliant with country-specific regulations like PIFSS (Kuwait), GOSI (Saudi Arabia), EOSG (UAE), and others — all while manually verifying calculations and chasing documents across tools.

Their internal system — built on a no-code platform and Excel — became harder to maintain and introduced compliance risks. Contractor invoicing was handled separately. Employee documents were shared over spreadsheets and email, raising privacy concerns.
